A:For which date?

B:I d like a twin room for seven nights from June 20th.

A:Could you hold the line,please?I ll check our room availability for those days...Thank you for waiting,sir.We have a twin available for four nights from June 20th and also June 25th,but I m afraid there is none available on the night of June 24th.

B:Well,do you have two single rooms for that night?

A:I m very sorry,sir,but we are fully booked for all kinds of rooms on that night.This is the busiest season.

B:I see.Can you book me into another hotel in the area?

A:Yes,of course.Just a moment,please...sorry,the hotels in the area are all full up on that day.Would you like me to book you for all nights except the 24th?

B:I ll think about it and let you know.
