Mr.Bull: Good morning!I'd like to speak to the manager,please.

John: I'm sorry,but our manager has been out.What can I do for you?

Mr.Bull: Are you good at computer?

John: My major was computer science when I was in the university.

Mr.Bull: Perfect! I bought100 computers from your company the day before yesterday, but5%of them stopped working yesterday. I turn on the computer and see nothing.Is there something wrong with the monitor?

John: From what you said,I guess it can be anything inside the computer.

Mr.Bull: No matter what problem is,my staff needs the computers to work.

John: I see.Could you bring them here?If not,our maintenance can come to you.

Mr.Bull: I would prefer if he can come here.

John: No problem.
