图画式作文给出一幅图画，配以说明文字和写作提纲，要求就图画的内容按提纲写出一篇短文。此类作文与图表式作文类似，只不过以图画取代了图表，其写作原则与图表式作文相仿。在写作时.应首先审题.仔细阅读图画内容和说明文字，以及所附的提纲.弄清图画的意思，比如歌颂什么或讽刺什么.然后根据图画的内容，来构思文章的主题，并将所给提纲的要点逐一涉及到。文章的第一段，可以先对图画的内容进行描述.然后再展开议论。

For instance, factories promise not to produce fake products, shops promise not to sell "water meat", office clerks promise to arrive and leave on schedule, schools promise to give real diplomas , and doctors promise not to prescribe poisonous medicines for patients. The promises sound quite comforting and encouraging, but when we think them over, we'll find that they are just what people should do... the most basic professional duties that people must do.

In my opinion, to promise one's duties is insincere and meaningless. If those promises prevail in our life, it refleets that there are still many dishonest behaviors in our society. These dishonest behaviors, especially those of making insincere promises on one hand and going on cheating customers on the other hand, are most harmful to the development of our society. We should make great efforts to fight against those false tendencies.
