B:Yes,why?

A:We have moved to a new flat.We'd like to invite you this coming Saturday evening to our new flat and join our house warming party to celebrate the occasion.Would you like to come?

B:Congratulations!I'll be delighted to come.Thanks for your invitation.

A:Fine.Please come a little bit earlier,around 6:30.I'll show you round the flat.Is the time convenient for you?

B:Okay,see you then.

A:Hello,Jasper!Come in,please!

B:Thank you.

A:Now I'll show you round our flat.this door leads to the living room.(Throw the door open.)

B:A rather spacious room,I should say.What's the floor space?

A:About 25 square meters,I believe.

B:I like the pattern of the wall paper.It makes the room look gay.Was it your choice?

A:The walls were papered by the builders.I find the pattern to my liking,too.

B:(Stepping out on the balcony)Oh,what a fine view from here!That tall building on the right is a hotel,I believe.
