Clerk：May I help you?

Cathy：Yes, I'm afraid I bring you some trouble. My shoes have broken.Can I have a refund on them?

Clerk：When did you buy it?

Cathy：Last year.

Clerk：All our shoes are guaranteed for one year. It can be refunded, if there is something wrong with it in a year.May I see your receipt?

Cathy：Yes, here you are.

Clerk：OK, you want to have a refund or you'd like to see other shoes?We have the same style of shoes. They are in stock at the moment.

Cathy：I'd like my money back.

Clerk：All right. You can get your money back if you go to the refund-counter with the receipt.

Cathy：Thank you for your help.

Clerk：You are welcome.
