Bob: It's scheduled for the first week of July.

Dave: Will it run for the entire week or will it just run through the weekdays?

Bob: Delegates will arrive on Sunday morning. There will be an optional dinner and reception Sunday night. The rest of the conference will take place from Monday to Friday.

Dave: Where will it take place?

Bob: We've reserved rooms in the Hillington Hotel in London.

Dave: That would be very nice.Will any of the meals be provided?

Bob: Lunch will be provided during the weekdays.

Dave:When will the invitation go out to the delegates?

Bob: I've written the E-mail,andI will send it right away.
