Shirley： Rita， what’s wrong with you You look very pale.

Rita： I’m not feeling well. Last night I had a sore throat and I started getting a fever.

Shirley： Did you see the doctor

Rita： Yes， I did. The doctor said I had the flu. He asked me to be off home to bed for two days.

Shirley： Since the doctor ordered you to stay in bed， why are you here1

Rita： I don’t want to miss the meeting.

Shirley： It will last for three hours， so you’re not fit for attending the meeting. Go home and relax. I’ll help you take the minutes.

Rita： That’s very kind of you. Thank you， Shirley.

Shirley： Not at all. Don’t worry about the meeting. I hope you will be better soon.

Rita： Thanks. I’m sure I’ll make the next meeting.
